Allied Universal in Framingham, MA, is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Emergency Call Coordination to provide frontline customer service, coordinate dispatch for security personnel, and respond to incidents at a busy retail location.

You will monitor alarms, document requests, and relay information to the team while maintaining logs and reports. The role offers flexible part-time hours with opportunities to grow within a trusted security team.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter to identify unusual activity and support a professional environment.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely communication to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support a professional environment.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
