FIGS is seeking a Part-Time Suture Specialist (Embroidery Machine Operator) in Tysons to manage embroidery operations, handle in-hub orders, and ensure garment quality.

The role requires independent work, ability to multi-task, and familiarity with embroidery machines. You will report to the Lead Embroidery Machine Operator and Store General Manager, supporting sales, cafe operations, and inventory as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience operating embroidery machines; Barudan knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read/interpret embroidery orders and complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to work weekends and manage multiple orders with deadlines.
• Proficiency with design-editing software for editing patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Read, interpret, and complete embroidery orders accurately.
• Set up embroidery machines, load designs, select threads, hoop, trim, and package.
• Track and communicate order status with the retail team.
• Inspect merchandise against specifications and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Steam and prepare garments for customers and maintain quality control.
• Perform minor machine repairs, cleaning, and oiling for optimal operation.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; manage supplies and inventory checks.
• Assist store manager and staff with non-embroidery tasks as needed.
