FIGS is seeking a Part-Time Suture Specialist (Embroidery Machine Operator) to manage in-hub embroidery operations at Rice Village hub in Houston. You will handle orders, set up machines, and ensure finished garments meet quality specs.

The role reports to the Store General Manager and requires independent work and multi-project management. Ideal candidates can operate various embroidery machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment.

Qualificações

• Experience operating embroidery machines and interpreting designs.
• Familiarity with Barudan and single-head machines is a plus.
• Proficient with embroidery software such as Wilcom or Pulse.

Responsabilidades

• Read, interpret, and complete embroidery orders accurately.
• Set up embroidery machines (design loading, thread selection, hooping, trimming).
• Track order status and communicate with the retail team.
• Inspect merchandise against specs and perform adjustments.
• Steam and prepare garments for customers.
