The Tyndale Company is seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join its production team. This hands-on role involves operating embroidery equipment, setting up garments, and ensuring logos are applied accurately to meet quality standards.

No prior embroidery experience is required; candidates who are dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable with technology will develop specialized skills in a fast-paced, temp-controlled environment. Second shift, Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior embroidery experience required.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Ability to learn production software.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily workflow for on-time embroidery production.
• Review work orders to identify logo, colors, placement, and specs.
• Prepare garments and secure embroidery hoops.
• Enter designs into embroidery equipment using specialized software.
• Verify logo placement and alignment before production.
• Operate embroidery machines and monitor quality.
• Inspect finished embroidery for quality and consistency.
• Identify and resolve production or equipment issues with leadership.
• Perform routine daily maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain supplies at the workstation.
• Collaborate with team to keep production moving.
