Job summary

Right At School in California is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to help foster student success and program excellence. You will partner with curriculum, compliance, and field leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

In this role you will implement individualized instruction, adapt materials for diverse learners, support students with IEPs/504/ELL plans, and help manage behavior and safety across sites.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of proven experience in youth development or after-school programming.
• Experience implementing individualized instruction and accommodations.
• Familiarity with safety, licensing, and educational standards in California.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional staff and develop lessons and activities.
• Adapt materials to meet diverse student needs including IEPs/504/ELL plans.
• Promote positive behavior and student self-regulation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Collect student progress data and report to managers.
