Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to help foster student success and program excellence. You will partner with curriculum, compliance, and leadership teams to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment across sites and support students with varied needs.

The role emphasizes implementing individualized instruction, adhering to safety and licensing guidelines, and collaborating with district partners.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in youth development, after-school programming, or a related field.
• Ability to model, mentor, and train staff effectively.
• Familiarity with assessments and program quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized instruction and small-group activities.
• Ensure safety, inclusion, and compliance with licensing and program policies.
• Collect student progress data and support behavior management.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and Impact Team on improvement plans.
• Attend to pre- and post-hire requirements and drive to multiple schools within covered areas.
