College Bound Institute (CBI) seeks a motivated, organized Part-Time Program Manager to support the TRIO Educational Talent Search program. The role involves student recruitment, enrollment, school visits, and documentation to meet federal reporting requirements.

The Program Manager will work with the Program Director, partner schools, students, and parents to ensure program goals are met and data is accurately entered in the Blumen database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and electronic recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Reliable transportation for school visits in Miami-Dade County.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll eligible students at assigned middle and high schools.
• Manage Blumen database and maintain accurate student records.
• Coordinate student workshops, college tours, field trips, and activities.
• Handle invoicing and administrative reporting for program expenses.
• Communicate with schools, students, and parents to ensure program goals and reporting requirements.
