Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• Three or more years of experience providing services for TRIO-eligible students or underrepresented students.
• Demonstrated ability to administer programming including personnel supervision and evaluation.
• Prior experience in academic advising and counseling at a postsecondary institution.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and database software.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with school personnel, parents, students, and community professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Search program and supervise activities for re-entry students and CCP pathways.
• Oversee participant identification, eligibility, tracking, and compliance with program records and security.
• Monitor program budget and ensure responsible stewardship of funds.
• Develop administrative policies to ensure compliance by all staff.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain program personnel.
• Coordinate staff development and ongoing team meetings to review progress.
