Job summary

College Bound Institute (CBI) Miami, FL is seeking a Project Director to oversee AAD HEOC, serving adults 19+ across four counties. You will lead program operations, ensure compliance with 34 CFR Part 644, and manage a 280,000 annual budget with multiple partners.

You will supervise two counselors, coordinate with school districts, and drive enrollment, FAFSA, and college access outcomes while maintaining program quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, educational leadership, counseling, higher education administration, social work, public administration, or related field.
• At least three years administering federally funded TRIO, college access, workforce development, adult education, or related programs serving low-income, first-generation, or other priority populations.
• At least two years of supervisory experience, including hiring, performance management, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership and operations for AAD HEOC across multiple sites.
• Direct recruitment and ensure inclusion of eligible participants.
• Oversee budget, grant management, and procurement of partners.
• Coordinate with school districts, postsecondary institutions, workforce boards, and community partners.
• Lead evaluation, reporting, and compliance with federal regulations.
