Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University.
• Experience in educational technology, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with educational technologies and data analysis.
• Proficient in building and managing Excel spreadsheets, Smartsheets, and Canvas course documents.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for educational technology systems, including LMS, active learning classrooms, electronic collaboration tools, and virtual environments.
• Advises faculty and staff on technology tool selection and use to support instructional goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand technology needs and recommend solutions.
• Creates documentation and user guides for technology tools, workflows and systems.
• Collaborates with team members to innovate and improve existing technology solutions.
• Stays informed about emerging technologies and trends in educational technology.
