This part-time role focuses on building and delivering tailored training programs for stakeholders and ensuring smooth user adoption. You will create job aids, conduct instructor-led sessions, and collaborate with FCA staff to address questions, changes in workflows, and feature enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience creating curricula for eDiscovery programs.
• Ability to enable users and drive tool adoption.
• Experience developing job aids for stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with attorneys and litigation support to design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct tailored training for stakeholders. Produce job aids and reference guides.
• Instructor-led training sessions (virtual or in-person).
• Support during initial user adoption to address questions, issues, or workflow adjustments.
• Provide documentation and ad hoc training to designated FCA technical staff on feature enhancements or system changes.
