Job summary

MacMore LLC. seeks an Experienced Lead eDiscovery Consultant/Project Manager for a pending FCA contract. The role focuses on coordinating the task order, leading eDiscovery workflows, and ensuring quality across the lifecycle in a federal environment.

The position requires managing teams, delivering milestones, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Primary work at FCA HQ in McLean, VA, with the Washington DC metro footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of recent eDiscovery experience.
• 5 years as eDiscovery Project Manager.
• 5 years as eDiscovery Technical Specialist.
• Expert in leading and administering eDiscovery programs.
• Familiar with EDRM standards.
• Proficient in technical writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate weekly meetings with the COR to review progress.
• Manage coordination, scheduling, deliverables, and reporting cadence.
• Develop and pilot workflows, tooling configuration, and SOP accuracy.
• Participate in technical reviews and demos as directed.
• Perform detailed quality control on eDiscovery lifecycle and document findings.
• Adhere to FCA policies including change, privacy, and security.
