Job summary

MacMore seeks an Experienced Business Analyst for a part-time role to support an FCA contract award. The analyst will interview stakeholders, map processes, and define end-to-end eDiscovery workflows in alignment with legal, compliance, and privacy requirements.

The role involves evaluating data sources, toolsets across on-prem, cloud, and mobile data, with emphasis on governance, retention, and security controls. Collaboration with legal and technical teams is expected.

Qualifications

Experience interviewing and managing stakeholders.
Experience in requirements gathering and developing procedures.
Experience detailing workflow design and business processes.
Experience mapping business processes and managing change.

Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand workflows, constraints, and compliance needs.
Document current roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority.
Identify data sources, validate integrations, access controls, audit logging, and custody.
Review data governance, privacy, and retention policies and related SOPs.
Define target eDiscovery workflows aligned to legal, compliance, and privacy requirements.
Develop timelines with short-, mid-, and long-term improvements and costs.
Assess tools and recommend enhancements or new cloud solutions (FedRAMP authorized).
Prepare deployment requirements documentation for FCA staff planning.
Draft SOPs, playbooks, and templates for each eDiscovery stage.
Validate SOPs and playbooks with stakeholders.
