Mount Carmel Health System is seeking an Echo Sonographer for a part-time casual position. The Cardiovascular Sonographer will perform Echocardiography and/or vascular testing, report preliminary findings, and follow accreditation guidelines.

Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. Minimum qualifications include relevant licensure and 1 year of cardiovascular imaging experience; BLS required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.
• ARRT registration or registry eligible required.
• ARDMS RDCS/RVT or CCI RCS/RVS eligibility or board-eligible with certification within 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Performs Echocardiography and/or vascular studies per policy and accreditation guidelines.
• Reports preliminary findings for physician interpretation.
• Ensures patient comfort and explains procedures to patients.
