Job summary

Oregon State University is hiring a part-time Ecampus Student Project Assistant for the Division of Ecampus, Corporate & Workforce Education. The role supports operations, using AI, Excel, and analytics to organize and summarize data for process improvement.

You will perform data prep, analysis, information gathering, documentation, and generate summary reports to inform decision-making. On-site in the Valley Library, with duties across communications, meetings, verifications, and data quality.

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a program or course of study.
• Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment.
• Must meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard.

Responsibilities

• Communication: Help with routine internal communications with division teams and campus partners.
• Meeting Support: Assist with meeting prep and revision of meeting notes and storage. Assist with follow-up tasks as needed.
• Collaboration Verifications: Assist with verification requests, tracking of verifications, and follow-up with students.
• Data Analysis and Quality Assurance: Perform regular detailed review and analysis of student and corporate collaborator data.
• Aimed at proactive identification of issues that impact the student experience.
• Event Coordination Assistance: Support recruitment fairs and events, in-person and virtual. Monitor and report on marketing collateral inventory.
• Documentation: Document and map out processes for managing corporate and workforce agreements, and keep documents updated
• Research: Support research efforts that contribute to executive briefs and collaborator summaries/updates
