Oregon State University is seeking an Ecampus Student Project Assistant for the Division of Ecampus, Corporate & Workforce Education. This part-time role (up to 24 hours/week) supports data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with campus partners to enhance online education access for working adults.

This recruitment will be used to fill one part‑time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Ecampus Student Project Assistant for the Division of Ecampus, Corporate & Workforce Education at Oregon State University (OSU). Reporting to the Associate Director of Corporate and Workforce Education, this position supports the optimal operation of all corporate and workforce education collaborations, which increases access and affordability for working adult learners to online education at Oregon State. In this role, you’ll use artificial intelligence (AI), Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools to organize, interpret, and summarize data that informs process improvement. You’ll complete a range of defined, task‑based assignments—such as data preparation and analysis, information gathering, documentation, and summary reporting that contribute to our decision‑making processes.
On site work is based in the Valley Library during business hours (8 am and 5 pm) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
