Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas following Kohl's standards and procedures.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies and equipment safely.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies; reorder as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical and equipment use.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information.
• Assist the operations team with stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in a respectful culture.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and handle multiple tasks.
