Job summary

Kohl's in Southlake, Texas, is seeking a store associate to maintain a safe, clean environment and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will perform daily cleaning tasks and support operations with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Starting shift at 6:00am, you will greet customers, assist with products and services, manage supplies, and participate in stockroom duties and omni-channel fulfillment when needed. Previous retail experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards and methods.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by reordering as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team.
• Support operations to receive and process product, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
