Job summary

Clothes Mentor in Asheville is seeking an E Commerce Associate to support the online store by listing inventory, photographing items, editing images, and uploading product details. This role also handles order fulfillment, shipping label creation, and occasional product research.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, knowledge of women’s fashion brands, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule with weekend availability is required to mesh with in-store operations.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Knowledge of women’s fashion brands; Shopify experience a huge plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers, and co-workers.
• Flexible schedule and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Generate inventory listings for the online store including photographing inventory, photo editing, and uploading.
• Fulfillment of online orders including product acquisition, packaging as needed for fragility, and creating shipping labels.
• Product research may be necessary for high end inventory.
• Customer service communication on an as-needed basis.
• Our online store is an extension of our brick-and-mortar business and must work fluidly with front of house and stay on top of uploads.

E-commerce Inventory Assistant Role Description The person in this role will be responsible for generating inventory listings for the online store including photographing inventory, photo editing, and uploading. Experience, Skills, Knowledge

• High school education
• Knowledge of women’s fashion brands and Shopify is a HUGE plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers, and co-workers

This is NOT a remote position. Offering up to 20 hours a week, must have weekend availability and flexible schedule. You would be scheduled within the hours of 9AM to 7PM
