Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
• Receive customers’ orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones
• Initiate and complete selection process for customers’ online orders
• Read and follow directions in notes and substitutions if needed
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
• Report discrepancies to e-Commerce supervisor
• Perform opening/closing procedures and assist training of new team members
