Job summary

Lone Star College - Houston North Victory is seeking a Part-Time Coordinator III, Dual Credit to manage scheduling and coordination for dual credit and early college programs.

The successful candidate will liaison with ISD personnel, help build course sections, maintain records, and ensure compliance with state policies and procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and at least 1 year of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of dual credit and early college high school programs (preferred).
• Ability to coordinate communication between high schools and college divisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between area high schools and academic divisions to schedule dual credit sections.
• Provide faculty and staff with required assistance and communication to support dual credit programs.
• Utilize data and reports to plan and run dual credit schedules and ECHS programming.
• Maintain records of communications with ISD personnel and partner schools.
• Assist the Dean of Academic Partnerships and Initiatives as needed to grow and support dual credit programs.
