Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in communicating with students and staff to support career decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provides career coaching to assist students in exploring career options, setting goals, and making informed career decisions.
• Administers career exploration assessments and assists students in understanding and interpreting results.
• Maintains accurate documentation of services and collects data relevant to career services.
• Collaborates with campus departments to support integration of career awareness into campus life.
• Delivers presentations on career services on campus and refers students to appropriate resources.
