Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Director of High School Programs college initiatives.
• Supervises various aspects of the enrollment process for dual credit programs, including high school relations, student admission and registration, and matriculation of dual credit students.
• Creates and maintains recruitment events and activities at local middle schools and high schools to promote dual credit programs.
• Oversees College Navigators’ daily operations and trains all College Navigators.
• Travels regularly throughout the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) service area to assist College Navigators and work with ISD Counselors.
• Coordinates with IT to facilitate updated reports for College Navigators and ensures records accuracy for reporting.
