Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine teller transactions (cash checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Count, verify, and handle cash accurately during daily transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries with empathy.
• Educate customers about bank products and services and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while representing the bank.
• Remain alert to potential fraud and follow security procedures.
