Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and providing great service and building financial relationships.
• Providing transactional support to members, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Promote products and services such as checking/savings accounts and credit cards.
• Perform updates to ensure accuracy and support fraud awareness during member interactions.
