Job summary

Butler Plus in Texas is seeking energetic teammates for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You’ll work Sunday through Thursday evenings, about 2–3 hours, with pay of $1,200 per month and semi-monthly distribution.

No experience required—training provided. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to an open-bed pickup truck; requires reliability, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic while upholding core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly trash/recycling collection is completed on service evenings.
• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using the assigned tote or cart.
• Use Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash safely with an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose on-site.
• Assist with additional services such as porter work, bulk item hauling, or pressure washing.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow.
