Job summary

Butler Plus in the United States is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps and report via the company app.

Training is provided, and the role requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. The position offers evening hours from Sunday to Thursday, with pay at $60 per day and semi-monthly payout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimize noise to avoid disturbance to residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs; work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own an open bed pickup truck and hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability; work independently.
