Job summary

Butler Plus in Dallas is seeking motivated individuals for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You will use your open-bed pickup truck and our field app to log time and report tasks, working 8:00pm until finished (about 2–3 hours).

No prior experience required; training provided. This part-time role offers $1,200 per month, Next Day Pay, and referral programs, with Sunday–Thursday evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly trash/recycling collection at assigned communities.
• Use the trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Operate the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash in your open-bed pickup truck and dispose on-site.
• Perform additional services as needed (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs; work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
