Job summary

Butler Plus in Texas seeks energetic team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily communities. You will use a trash tote and walk to resident doorsteps, then report via the company field app for timekeeping and status updates.

No prior experience required; training provided. You must own an open-bed pickup truck (where required), have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s cutting-edge field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in the on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities, including porter service, bulk item hauling, and light community cleanliness tasks.
