Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet during shifts.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Must wear gloves for most tasks due to exposure risk.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
