BioLife Plasma Services in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener who will perform phlebotomy to support center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and focus on donor safety and customer service while collecting high-quality plasma. You will work a variety of shifts, including weekends, with 4–6 hour shifts. A high school diploma is required; prior customer-facing experience is helpful. BioLife provides paid training and a comprehensive benefits program.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to walk or stand for the shift.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Glove use due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
