Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to support pharmacy teams across stores in the district, covering scheduling gaps and ensuring safe, accurate dispensing with patient counseling. Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to cover market staffing as business needs require.
• Support scheduling, supervision, and operation of the pharmacy team.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Assume Pharmacy Manager's day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Coach technicians and promote compassionate patient care.
• Assist with immunizations where permissible and support inventory management.
