Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across stores within the district. You will assist the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader in managing pharmacy operations, ensuring safe dispensing, and delivering patient care.

The role requires an active pharmacist license in the store state and ability to travel within the district. Familiarity with CVS policies and a focus on patient safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the pharmacy team.
• Assist with immunizations and patient care as part of the pharmacy team.
