Job summary

CVS Health’s District Support Pharmacists play a critical role in supporting pharmacy teams across stores by covering scheduling gaps and supervising daily operations. You will travel within the district to fill shifts, act as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, and ensure safe dispensing and patient counseling in line with CVS policies.

You will lead by example, coach staff on immunization delivery, inventory management, and regulatory compliance, while delivering compassionate care to patients

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled.
• Support management and oversee pharmacy operations when on duty.
• Ensure safe dispensing and patient counseling following CVS policies.
