Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by District Performance Coordinator.
• Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow procedures.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Coach and support pharmacy technicians to deliver compassionate care and resolve issues.
• Provide immunizations and support testing/prescribing services where permissible.
• Maintain inventory controls and protect cold chain requirements.
