CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps across stores in the district, supporting pharmacy teams and ensuring safe, compliant operations. You will model compassionate care and collaborate with the broader healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires travel within the district, weekend availability, and the ability to adapt to store policies and local regulations. This is a part-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Oversee the pharmacy and serve as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Assume Pharmacy Manager's day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Support immunizations and coach Pharmacy Technicians to learn to immunize.
