Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with CIS/OMS/SCADA/AVL/SmartTrack applications per policy.
• Ability to hear radio traffic and communicate clearly in a control room environment.
• Strong directional communication and problem-solving under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Learns and maintains working knowledge of cooperative policies and procedures.
• Provides accurate, efficient, and timely service handling consumer requests and inquiries.
• Timely responds to outages and emergency calls, including crew assignments.
• Maintains detailed documentation of events and monitors alerts.
• Responds to after-hours requests, including reconnection of electric service.
• Monitors and grants access to visitors/deliveries at the Youngsville facility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
