Maitz Home Services, Allentown, PA, is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to join our HVAC and Plumbing team. The role is part-time, with regular weekday shifts and one Sunday per month; Sunday is remote after training.

You will schedule technicians, manage tickets, and ensure timely service for customers. The ideal candidate has at least two years in office or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced, scheduling-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians.
• Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide exceptional service.
• Accurately enter and manage service ticket information.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts orders.
• Monitor and follow up on parts orders; schedule installation appointments for ordered parts.
• Coordinate with technicians and team members to ensure timely service delivery.
