Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods and maintains safety standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and assists with loading/unloading supplies.
