Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a machine, ensuring cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays and maintains sanitation.
• Polishes silver with appropriate equipment, ensuring proper cleanliness.
• Keeps to safety procedures and maintains temperatures and chemical levels as required.
• Keeps dish area orderly and sanitary, and mops floor as needed.
• Washes surfaces and worktables, handles trash, and transfers supplies as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
