Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous service industry experience in a high-volume environment is a plus.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dishes (pots, pans, trays) and place them in racks or on the conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
• Assist with all food preparation duties as needed.
• Polish silverware and kitchen machinery; maintain ongoing cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation compliance.
