Job summary

Access Services in Hatboro, PA, and nearby areas seeks a caring Direct Support Professional (Part-Time) to assist adults with developmental disabilities in homes and in the community. Paid training is provided, with PTO, a 401(k) match and other benefits.

You will support individuals in living meaningful lives, with shifts on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Background checks required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in home or community settings.
• Provide supports per the plan of care, including crisis management, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain appropriate case notes for individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
