Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency (or 18+ with one year experience).
• Valid US driver’s license is required.
• Must pass 6th grade math and reading test in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to people living in their own homes/apartments.
• Help maximize life skills and promote community inclusion.
• Support ranges from drop-in to hands-on as needed per individual plan.
