The Arc of Carroll County is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Westminster, Maryland. In this role, you will provide essential one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A compassionate and dependable attitude is key, as you will assist individuals with their activities and promote their independence. Shifts primarily include evenings and some daytime hours with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one community-based or in-home support.
• Document services and progress in iCare.
• Support independence and decision-making.
