Job summary

Venture-Community-Service in Southbridge, MA is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to advocate for and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes household tasks, meal prep, and community participation to enhance independent living.

The DSP will follow behavior and support plans, attend appointments as needed, and participate in required training. A valid driver’s license and fluent English are needed, with a flexible schedule including

Responsibilities

• Help them attend medical appointments, banking, community activities, outings, and follow care plans.
