Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time opportunities to support individuals in the Hatboro, Warminster, Richboro and Southampton areas. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Background checks, physical examination, and driving history may be required.
• Ability to work daytime weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in homes and the community.
• Provide hands-on support per individual plan of care with approved interventions.
• Maintain appropriate case notes for individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
