Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities including grooming, hygiene, and personal care.
• Monitor health needs and document vital information as required.
• Administer medications according to training and directives.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Prepare meals and assist during mealtimes per dietary needs.
• Assist mobility and transfers using approved techniques and equipment.
