Kindly Direct Care in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a one-to-one opportunity. The role supports an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, with a focus on consistency and independence.

The position runs on a set schedule (Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00 AM–3:00/4 PM) with pay of $20–$23 per hour. Driving on shift is REQUIRED, and onboarding and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Provide one-to-one support to a person with developmental disabilities.
• Must complete onboarding, background checks and training.
• Vehicle required for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support plans.
