Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients engage with the community to reach personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and virtual interviews are offered to support a thriving team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Bring clients into the community to support personal goals.
• Follow care plans and document progress as needed.

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
