Zusammenfassung

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Direct Care Workers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while helping clients grow toward personal goals outside their home environment.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and opportunities for benefits as part of our caring team.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
